Terms of Site Use
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS: All content contained herein, unless notice is given to the contrary, is protected by copyright law. Hilda Demirjian Laser & Spa, LLC (i. e. "us" and "we") is the legal owner of such content for copyright purposes. In addition, the Hilda Demirjian mark belongs to Hilda Demirjian Laser & Spa, LLC.
If you visit our website to browse, read, or download information:
Your web browser automatically sends us (and we may retain) information such as the:
Internet domain through which you access the Internet (e.g., yourServiceProvider.com if you use a commercial Internet service provider, or yourSchool.edu if you use an Internet account from your school);
type of computing device (e. g. laptop or mobile device) you are using;
type of browser software and operating system you are using;
location (City, State/Province, Country) from which you are accessing our site;
date and time you access our site; and
the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our site.
We will use this information as aggregate data to help us maintain this site, e.g., to determine the number of visitors to different sections of our site, to ensure the site is working properly, and to help us make our site more accessible and useful.
We will not use this information to identify individuals, except for site security or law enforcement purposes.

Terms of Service
A valid credit/debit card, daily deal voucher number, package, or series is required when booking an appointment. By booking an appointment with us, you authorize us to charge your card a $30 fee in the event of a late cancellation or late rescheduling or a fee equivalent to 50% of the original price of a service for a no-show (see "Cancellation Policy" below for further details).
Due to our heavily booked schedule, we ask that you arrive on time and strongly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, we will have to shorten your treatment.
A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required. We WILL levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses for late cancellations or late reschedulings or a charge equivalent to 50% of the original price of a service for no-show appointments.
PREPAID SERVICES (i. e. via package, series, or daily deal voucher): Breach of the cancellation/rescheduling/no-show policy will forfeit your voucher/service.
Policy on Offers and Discounts
When booking your appointment, you must mention any advertised special, discount, or daily deal voucher (e. g. GroupOn, LivingSocial) if applicable. Offers, vouchers, and discounts cannot be combined. Standard cancellation policy above is applicable.
To maintain our relaxing and peaceful environment the facility is reserved for adults. No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the center unless they are receiving services with a signed wavier or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Hilda Demirjian clients are required to complete a pre-treatment form to better serve you. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions and/or medications that may contradict some services.
We recommend that you remove all jewelry before coming in for your treatment. If you do bring valuables please keep them with you at all times. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
To protect the privacy of our employees and clients, the use of image and video capture devices is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, cameras, camcorders, and other recording devices.
All Sales Final
No refunds or exchanges shall be extended for products sold by and services rendered by Hilda Demirjian Laser & Spa, LLC, or for centers operated under license from us, the respective natural or legal person which owns and operates such center. No refunds or credit on products sold and used or services rendered. We may extend spa credit for returned products (that are not used and are in saleable condition) and unused series/packages. The only exception is if you make a product purchase from the online store and the order is lost, damaged, and/or stolen in transit. In such circumstances, we will issue you a refund for the cost of merchandise minus outgoing postage once we are reimbursed. We do not refund shipping insurance or other fees.
Tips have to be paid in cash.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the client and Hilda Demirjian Laser & Spa, LLC, or for centers operated under license from us, the respective natural or legal person which owns and operates such center. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full terms and conditions contained herein.
